You will be guided through the intricacies of producing bloomers, focaccia and buns. Whether you’re already playing with bread or you’re looking for a new skill to impress friends, this could be your course!
It will be a hands on day of kneading, shaping, cutting and baking. You will be learning all the skills required to bake our Bradwall Malted grain bloomer, Rosemary Focaccia and our delicious Bakehouse White Buns.
